Introducing Cryptique!

I’m excited to announce I’ve got a new Mardi Gras krewe! Cryptique, Krewe of Cemetery Shamblers is a brand new phantasmagorical walking krewe in New Orleans, put together by me and a few friends just a couple weeks before Mardi Gras 2022. We’re @cryptiquekrewe on Instagram; check us out!

Anyone who wants to dress monster-ish is welcome to join and/or walk with us, and we’ll be posting our parade route in the weeks before next Mardi Gras (we’ve got plenty of time, but you know it’ll creep up quick!).

Anyway, I’ve got a ton of new paper maché and other art projects in mind for Cryptique; I’m super excited to start working with way more color than I ever have for all my typical old Halloween and Mardi Gras stuff. I’ve already got my costume all planned out for next year!
